This old fashioned cornbread recipe comes courtesy of Momma Rodgers, the mother of Traeger's own senior creative director. Its super moist texture is reminiscent of spoonbread, but it’ll hold together when sliced. A little cheesy and a little spicy, it not only pairs well with turkey and all the fixings, but it also tastes great with chili.

Get ready for a flavor-packed twist on the classic chicken burger with this Hot Honey Ranch Chicken Burger! Juicy grilled chicken topped with a spicy-sweet drizzle of hot honey, cool ranch dressing, and your favorite crisp toppings make this burger the perfect balance of sweet heat and creamy goodness. Ideal for summer grilling or anytime you’re craving something a little bold, this recipe will be your new go-to for burger night! Servings 4 Prep Time 5 minutes Cook Time 5 minutes Ingredients 1 ½ lbs. ground chicken ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese 2 tablespoons chopped parsley Blackstone Bootleg Burger Seasoning, to taste 8 slices Colby Jack cheese ¼ cup honey 2 tablespoons hot sauce (e.g., Cholula) 1 tablespoon red pepper flakes 4 ciabatta rolls, sliced Ranch dressing Bibb or butter lettuce Red onion, thinly sliced Tomato, thinly sliced Directions In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, grated Parmesan, chopped parsley, and Blackstone Bootleg Burger Seasoning to taste. Mix until evenly combined. Heat your Blackstone griddle to high and add a small amount of olive oil. Divide the chicken mixture into 2-3 oz. portions and shape each portion into a meatball. Place each meatball onto the hot griddle, then flatten thinly using a burger smasher and a piece of parchment paper. In a small bowl, mix together the honey, hot sauce, and red pepper flakes until well blended. Toast the ciabatta buns on the griddle until golden. Flip the chicken patties once browned, and spoon some hot honey sauce over the cooked side of each patty. Place a slice of Colby Jack cheese on top. Spread a drizzle of ranch dressing on the bottom half of each toasted bun. Add a layer of lettuce, then double stack the chicken patties on top. Finish with tomato, red onion, an additional drizzle of ranch dressing, and more hot honey sauce if desired. Place the top bun and serve hot. click here to check out our blackstone lineup
